A Fistful of Charms
by Kim Harrison
Pros: takes you through a gambit of emotions
Cons: You should start with book one and work up to this one
This is an amazing series. They just continue to get better and better. I originally started by reading Every Which Way but Dead the third in the series and hated it. I couldn’t really relate to any of the characters. It was not until a coworker loaned me Dead Witch Walking (book 1) and The Good the Bad and the Undead (book 2) that I really got addicted to it. Now I’m hopelessly waiting for The Outlaw Demon Wails coming out Feb of 2008, and I bought copies of For a Few Demons More for all my coworkers the day it came out. Its been truly terrible for the company we work for. Productivity is down sharply. hahaha But seriously the books are great, funny, dramatic, action packed etc.
